Our Mission

We believe survivors of human trafficking, ritual abuse and severe trauma deserve more than simply escaping danger. They deserve stability, dignity, trustworthy relationships and a safe environment in which they can rest, reconnect with God and begin rebuilding their lives.

Our long-term vision with Arlene Zambrowski co-founder and survivor-informed voice behind the mission,  is to acquire land and develop a peaceful, off-grid Christian healing community where survivors can find sustained safety, supportive relationships, trauma-informed professional partnerships and a pathway toward restoration. This refuge is a future development project that we are actively working toward through fundraising, partnerships, advocacy and careful planning.

This vision is not beginning from this idea alone. My name is Deniz Mustard Founder of On The Cross Ministry, I currently provide free, Christ-centered prayer, healing and deliverance support through the Ministry’s online YouTube channel and community that is growing around it.

People—including survivors of trafficking and severe abuse—already come to me looking for prayer, understanding, encouragement and help as they begin working through the pain and trauma they carry. Currently supporting a number of people personally, offering a safe place to be heard, voluntary spiritual support and guidance rooted in biblical truth.

However, at present, much of this work depends on me alone. There is a limit to how many people one person can support consistently and responsibly. To expand, On The Cross Ministry we need resources to develop a stronger support network, appropriate safeguarding systems, qualified professional partnerships and a wider community of people who can help carry the mission.

Our aim is not simply to reach more people, but to support them well—with consistency, wisdom, compassion and appropriate care. The future refuge is an extension of the healing and community work that has already begun: creating the stability in which people can feel safe, encounter God and begin rebuilding their lives.

Our Commitment to Transparency

On The Cross Ministry is committed to using the support we receive responsibly and in furtherance of our charitable mission.

Donations, partnerships and net proceeds from our merchandise help support the work of the ministry, including our free Christ-centered healing and deliverance sessions, educational resources, outreach, survivor-support initiatives and the development of our long-term vision for a safe residential refuge for survivors of human trafficking, severe abuse and trauma.

As our ministry grows, funding will also help us develop appropriate safeguarding, professional partnerships, practical support services and the infrastructure needed to serve people responsibly and sustainably.

We are grateful to every person, church and organization that chooses to stand with us.
